During a recent road trip, my wife and I had the opportunity to stop off at some of the most fantastic National Parks in the United States, including Yosemite National Park in California. Even though we were only able to stay at Yosemite for about half a day, it didn't take long realize it is one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
After 1200+ miles of driving over the span of 24 hours, we had arrived at an overcast, foggy Grand Canyon. As we quickly unpacked our tent at the nearby campgrounds, the rain began to fall and the start of our trip-of-a-lifetime was not going so well. After several hours of sitting in our leaky tent, trying to look on the bright side, we noticed something... the rain had stopped. We hopped in our car and raced to the South Rim for one of the most jaw-dropping, incredible views I had ever witnessed.
